Water Water is an essential resource in the operation of a fast food trailer. Commonly, it is supplied through tanks, unless the trailer is permanently at specific event locations where the option to hook up to fresh water is available. This means that you will often need to carry both clean and dirty water with you all the time. To meet this need, all our fast food trailers have a standard specification that includes a 25L clean water tank and a 25L waste water tank for free. These tanks are made from food-grade plastic, guaranteeing safety, non-toxicity, and corrosion resistance. The clean water tank is equipped with an auto water pump, which activates when you turn on the tap, allowing for convenient water usage. These water tanks come in various sizes, materials, and models to accommodate different requirements. For instance, a 130L stainless steel clean water tank provides sufficient water supply to couple with busy lunch hours without frequent refills. Alternatively, you have the option to install an 82L waste water tank under the chassis, saving valuable space in your kitchen area. |
Electricity
Electricity is the main power source for most food concession trailers, allowing the operation of essential electrical equipment inside the trailer. Commonly, it is powered either by generators or external power hookups. At ETO, each fast food trailer comes with an electrical system specified for its unique design, which may vary depending on the country. For example, in the fast food trailers we manufacture for our US clients, the voltage of the sockets is 110V. However, setups exported to EU member countries generally require 220V sockets. To ensure compatibility with your equipment, we recommend discussing the detailed electrical requirements of your country with our electricians before making a purchase. Moreover, we offer generator options to provide a reliable power supply for your mobile fast food trailer if you need it. Our team will calculate the wattage requirements of all the electric equipment in your trailer and recommend the ideal generator for your specific needs. |
Propane/Natural Gas
Propane gas and natural gas are an additional power source of food concession trailers, powering the main equipment - grill, deep fryer, oven, and stove. They offer a superior choice for cooking purposes compared to electricity, primarily due to their affordability and sustainability. At ETO, we provide a complimentary gas piping add-on for all our food concession trailer models. By default, it is a rubber hose line that connects the propane gas tank to your trailer and cooking equipment. If local authorities require a hard-wired line, an upgrade option - stainless steel gas piping - is available. Additionally, we offer stainless steel propane gas tank holders as excellent add-ons that provide secure enclosures to mount your propane tanks. |
