This is Ritorno Cafe, the latest project from Ritorno Hub, a cozy bar in Rogersville, Missouri, aimed at offering to their fans. Together with the ETO team, they set out to bring this dream to life by creating a one-of-a-kind mobile coffee shop trailer as the first step in their business. Though we faced unexpected delays due to international logistics and holiday schedules, we still managed to make it happen anyway. Ritorno Cafe is currently obtaining the necessary permits and finalizing the operational details for its mobile coffee business. Their mobile coffee shop trailer is expected to open soon.

Coffee shops are popping up everywhere. Around every corner, you'll find several trailers and trucks with coffee bean graphics, all serving fresh coffee. It's a common sight, isn't it? But have you ever seen one made from a shipping container? This black mobile coffee shop trailer is a shipping container coffee shop built on a trailer chassis. You can call it a mobile coffee trailer or a container bar—whichever you prefer. It combines the exceptional mobility and convenience of a food trailer with the unique design of a shipping container, making it an irresistibly cool conversion unit.

 

The container has a galvanized steel frame and seamless corrugated steel exterior walls.  We welded additional cross beams onto the frame and chassis to increase the overall strength and support of the structure.  Despite this all-steel coffee trailer's large size and heavy weight, it can still be easily towed, moved, and leveled with the included trailer hitch kits. This means there's no need for cranes or forklifts to pack up your coffee shop when you're ready to head to the next location. The roof can serve as a stage for performances, giving audiences a better view, or as a lounge area where customers can relax and enjoy their coffee. The railing and staircase can be easily removed when it's time to move.

 

• Installed specified wood flooring on the container's rooftop
• Upgraded standard tires to oversized ones for withstanding road challenges
• Used USA-compliant electrical fixtures
• Installed an LED light and an LED sign with their logo
• Mounted five waterproof 110V outlets at designated spots outside the trailer for their audio equipment
• Installed a removable stainless steel hand sink on one side of the trailer and connected its plumbing to the main internal water lines
• Customized sliding concession window
• Cut and installed an additional display window under the concession window to showcase ice cream
• Customized a personnel door and installed a sliding window in it
• Cut and polished openings in the container for equipment installation
• Mounted an air conditioning unit and its duct
• Installed an 82L wastewater tank on the trailer chassis and connected it to the plumbing system

 



 
 

 

Coffee is great, but let's not forget the importance of delicious food and sweet treats to elevate the experience while enjoying the music. So, we made a few modifications to the basic layout to build the trailer into a professional, commercial-grade stainless steel kitchen rather than just a simple bar. Upgrades include a 3-compartment water sink, a grill, an ice cream display, an exhaust hood, and a bench fridge. In addition to the outlets included in the standard configuration, we installed seven extra outlets around the workbench area. This allows our clients to freely use their own appliances to meet their unique cooking needs.
