A gelato freezer is mounted to the ice cream cart, which creates an ideal refrigerated environment for gelato ice cream at -18℃- -22℃. The sliding glass doors are tightly sealed so a constant temperature in the freezer is ensured, even if it is opened and closed frequently. Tens of stainless steel tubs in the freezer are for different flavors of ice cream. The size or number of them can be customized according to your need.
According to the health codes, a small sink and tap are fixed on the countertop of the vintage gelato cart, and a clean water tank in the cabinet gives a stable supply of water. If local laws require more sinks, we can mount more than one sink to your cart.
