This is a custom mini food truck trailer we designed for a client in Belgium, compliant with EU standards. It is a mobile restaurant with ample kitchen space and can be set up at music festivals, sports events, weddings, and special occasions to provide food and beverages to guests. Food preparation and cooking can be done inside the trailer, eliminating the need for a commissary kitchen. There is plenty of storage and countertop space, as well as outlets. You can use your various professional equipment, from coffee machines and microwaves to fryers and ice cream makers.
