The concept of a ghost kitchen isn’t confined to the United States. In the food industry globally, it is a unique trend now – a mobile restaurant with a focus on food takeaway service. No storefront or dining area. This mobile ghost kitchen is our latest project for our client from Germany who planned to start his first career in the restaurant industry. The kitchen is constructed in a 19ft box trailer. According to local regulations and standards, we did the work of wiring, plumbing, and flooring and installed essential commercial-grade kitchen equipment for fast cooking and serving anywhere. The workbenches have 201 stainless steel surfaces for food prep, storage, and service. Beneath, open compartments store cooking tools, disposable food containers, paper cups, and straws—everything you need is within reach.
